Who Creates ISINs
ISINs are created by companies who would like to receive an identification code for the debt or equity securities. Companies worldwide register ISINs for a variety of securities, including stocks, bonds, warrants, rights issues, consolidations, name changes, domicile changes and many more.
If you wish to create an ISIN you can choose the application that best suits your situation here:
