The FCA, or Financial Conduct Authority, is the United Kingdom’s (UK) financial regulatory body that oversees the UK financial industry. Currently, the FCA is requiring funds that report under various annexes, such as Annex IV, to obtain ISINs for its classes/sub-funds. There may be other requirements that funds must report and each fund is encouraged to reach out to the FCA directly for its fund’s needs.
