Who Can Apply for an ISIN Code

Various parties involved in the offering process can apply for an ISIN number, including:

1. Any third party (attorneys, fund managers, fund admins, lead manager, paying agent etc,) and others authorized by the company that requires an ISIN number.
2. Staff or team members for the company (the issuer) seeking the ISIN code)
3. Or a staff or team members of the parent company of the issuer requiring the ISIN.

How to Apply

Choose the correct ISIN application forms to apply or email us with your ISIN needs.. You may apply in other languages besides English. Please fill out the application with the requested information and attach any documentation such as your company's offering memorandum, information memorandum, prospectus, preliminary private placement memorandum, etc. Once the forms and documentation are viewed we will notify you of time-frame and fees.

Option 1: Email Application

• Please email us indicating your needs. If you need more than one ISIN number please indicate this.
• In your email please attach any documentation such as your company’s offering documents such as (DRAFT OR PRELIMINARY DOCUMENTS are permitted to send):
  • Offering Memorandum, Information Memorandum, Prospectus, Private Placement Memorandum, Loan Agreement, Credit Agreement, S-1 Statement or Registration Statement, IPO Document, Term Sheet, or other relevant offering document.
